Passport size photograph, caste certificate, class 12th mark sheet, class 10th mark sheet or certificate, a certificate showing the rank of the respective examination like JEE (Main) / JEE (Advanced) / NEET / KVPY / JBNSTS / NTSE / International Olympic Medalist (if any).
